Our property prices are set in euros (€). If you're buying from outside the eurozone, you can view them in US dollars (US$) or pounds sterling (£) using the currency selector in the top menu.
The rate we use
Conversions use the official exchange rate published by the European Central Bank, updated every working day. Today we apply:
- €1 = $1.1367 (US dollar)
- €1 = £0.8599 (Pound sterling)
ECB rate of 24 September 2026. This is an approximate figure: the price you sign is always the price in euros, and your bank will apply its own exchange rate and fees.
