This policy explains what data we collect through this website, for what purpose, for how long, and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data do we collect and why?

2.1. "Free Property Valuation" form

When you request a valuation through our form, we collect:

• Identification and contact details: first name, last name, phone, email and your preferred contact method.
• Property details: property type, operation (sale or rental), floor area, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, lift, condition, age and features.
• Property location details: address, number, floor/door, postcode, town, province and, if you choose to provide it, the cadastral reference.
• Additional commercial information: when you would like to sell or rent and any comments you add.

This data is used solely so that a DAURIA agent can contact you, value your property and offer you our real estate services.

2.2. Direct contact

If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we will process the data you provide (for example, your phone number or the content of your message) only to answer your enquiry.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the valuation form, or by voluntarily contacting us through any other channel.

4. Recipients of the data

The data you send through the valuation form is received in DAURIA's email account, hosted by Gmail (Google Ireland Limited), which acts as data processor for sending and storing email. Google may process and store data on servers located outside the European Economic Area; in that case, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

We do not transfer, sell or share your data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. No further transfers are made unless required by law.

5. Retention period

We will keep your data for as long as there is a business relationship or legitimate interest in staying in touch regarding the requested service, and in any case until you exercise your right to erasure. After that period, the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless it must be kept to comply with a legal obligation.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data when it is no longer needed.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
